THREE-BUSINESS-DAY UI EVIDENCE AUDIT

Decide what to fix before paying for implementation.

The SaveX Evidence Audit turns one public product journey into prioritised findings, one recommended direction and implementation-ready acceptance criteria. It is designed for teams that can see a UI problem but do not yet have a defensible scope, sequence or review boundary.

Public URL and up to three priority screens · no repository credentials required for the initial review.

DIRECT ANSWER

What is a UI evidence audit?

A UI evidence audit is a short, bounded review that converts visible interface problems into an ordered implementation decision. It records the current state, explains why the highest-priority issues matter, recommends one direction, defines measurable acceptance criteria and identifies what must be verified before a team commits budget to design or frontend work.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A decision pack, not a generic score.

01

Evidence baseline

Observed friction, affected route or state and the evidence available from the public journey.

02

Prioritised findings

Issues ordered by user impact, implementation risk and dependency—not by visual preference.

03

Recommended direction

One implementation direction with alternatives and trade-offs stated clearly.

04

Acceptance criteria

Screen, state, responsive, accessibility and evidence requirements ready for estimation or delivery.

CHOOSE THE RIGHT START

Audit first when the uncertainty is larger than the scope.

THREE-DAY PROCESS

From visible friction to an implementation decision.

  1. Day 1 · ObserveConfirm the public journey, target screens, desired outcome and known constraints.
  2. Day 2 · PrioritiseSeparate cosmetic preference from usability, accessibility, performance and delivery risk.
  3. Day 3 · DecideDeliver the recommended direction, acceptance criteria, exclusions and next-step scope.

BEFORE BOOKING

Know what the audit can and cannot establish.

Does the audit include design files or code?

No. It delivers prioritised evidence, one recommended direction and implementation-ready scope. Design production and frontend implementation belong to the separately approved Sprint.

Can the audit guarantee a conversion increase?

No. It identifies observable friction and defines a testable release boundary. Conversion claims require a verified baseline, comparable traffic and post-release measurement.

Is the audit fee credited toward implementation?

Yes. The full €490 is credited toward a UI Upgrade Sprint booked within 14 days, provided the repository and scope pass the Sprint fit review.

What should not be submitted?

Do not send credentials, private repositories, production datasets, payment information or unnecessary personal data through the public intake.
